In 1969 Eric Clapton formed a band with Steve Winwood, Ric Grech and Ginger Baker. Bob Seidemann was asked to create the cover for their album. He photographed an 11-year old girl to create what became his most well-known image. Seidemann titled it Blind Faith<\/strong> which also became the name of the band.
